Order fulfillment

Orders placed with La Maison Réserve are fulfilled through our sourcing and fulfillment partner. Once your order is placed, it is prepared and shipped directly from their warehouse under our brand invoicing.

Processing and delivery times

• US-sourced items: ship within 2–5 business days
• Overseas-sourced items (shipped within the US): ship within 5–10 business days
• Product listings indicate sourcing origin where available, which affects delivery speed

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to inventory availability, carrier volume, or events outside our control.

Shipping destinations

At this time, we ship to customers within the United States and U.S. territories only, including:

• P.O. Boxes
• All US Military bases (APO/FPO)
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on sourcing location. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. La Maison Réserve is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at [your support email] with your order number so we can investigate.
